At Lush Loops, each plushie is handmade with care and love. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we have a limited return policy — but we want you to be 100% happy with your order!

Handmade & Custom Item Policy

All items are made to order or in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our plushies:

• Custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
• We do not accept returns for slight variations in shape, color, or stitching; these are part of what makes your plushie unique!

💔 If Something Arrives Damaged

• Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
• Send photos of the damaged item and packaging to lushloopscrochet@gmail.com.
• If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your plushie may already be in progress and cannot be canceled.

No Exchanges

We do not offer item-for-item exchanges at this time. If you’re unhappy with your order, please reach out so we can help resolve it.
