Each plushie is lovingly crocheted by hand using high-quality yarn and soft stuffing. No two plushies are exactly alike, that’s part of their charm!

How long does it take to receive my order?

Ready-to-ship items go out within 3–5 business days. Custom orders usually take 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email when it’s on the way!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Can I request a custom plushie?

Can I cancel or return an order?

Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase. Since our plushies are handmade, we only accept returns for damaged items. If there’s an issue, please email us  we’ll make it right!
